So sorry guys, but I’m not going to be able to make it to the 6:30 this am. Hopefully someone else is there!
I can’t get this created on BTWB. It keeps saying the WOD has already been created, but the ones in there are not the same as this. Help.
So I assume that the 225# is also DL, not back squats? Oh, and double unders suck. Should be fun.
Let me know if anyone drops out of the 6:30 class today – I’m feeling a lot better and want to get in one more WOD before heading out west.
Chris you can come to the 5:30pm class. 5:30pm will be changing to an All Levels class in about a week or two! So you can come then if your schedule allows!
