It was the first time for Tabatas for some of you yesterday and it was a lot of fun…today not so much. Today is a tough one! Meet Fran’s ugly sister!

WARM UP: (250m Row, 5 Pull Ups, 10 Jumping Squats) X 3

SKILL: Max Time L-Sit X 3 (about 2 minutes of rest between)

WOD: Damn You Fran: 12-9-6 For Time
Thrusters 155/105#
Pull Ups

Don’t just redo Fran from a couple of weeks ago…go heavy! This one is going to be slower and heavier. Keep great form!
