Skill: Press 5-5-5-5-5 Light weights and pay particular attention to shoulder position at the finish of the move. If you back is arched at the top of the movement then more than likely your shoulders are not flexible enough.

I’m ready for some Crossfit!!!!
So I don’t mean to be impatient but I like Crossfit a lot and want to know what tomorrows workout is so I can dream about it tonight!
You tricked us Lin. My shoulders are mad at you. I had trouble lifting my beer. =P
