Skill: Ring Dips and Ring Pushups
3×5 for each
wod: 3 rounds for time
10 front squats (70% of 1rm)
10 jumping burpees
Run & Endurance: Short Intervals – 40:20 x 5
40 seconds all out; 20 seconds rest for 5 reps. Goal is max distance each rep, record total distance covered.
Also, compare HR levels to Tuesday’s long intervals.

Reasons I love CF Carmel – 3 heats at the 7:30 class, everyone stayed and the intensity was just as high in heat 1 as it was in heat 3 (perhaps even higher in heat 3?). Stay classy, CFC.
With Swagger and Huffy Puffy in the heat 3, how can the intensity not be high
