WOD: Thursday 14, June 2012

Wow everyone did well on the run Wednesday. I saw 9 athletes ran yesterday morning (5:30am and 6:30am) and laughed out loud. Some of you athletes are just freaking hard core!

Skill: MU/Ring & Matador Dips.

Strength: 3RM Hang Clean

Wod: 12 min AMRAP
5 Hang Cleans 70% of 3RM (bar must not touch the floor…10 burpee penalty…immediate)
10 Bar facing burpees
15 Superman (up for 2 count is a rep)
