The CrossFit Open wod was a tough one so we are going with some kettlebell skill work and some cardio training today to give your body a little rest. The wod is certainly not easy but there will be less stress on your joints!
Skill: kb clean/jerk/snatch – this skill will help you in your barbell movements so work hard at them.
wod: 4 rounds for time
400m run
25 jumping pull-ups
30 double unders

Chris – That was a terrible day, in the pic I’m staring at the wall wondering why I joined crossfit that week.
