Friday’s workout will include baselines so if you need to have your baseline workout recorded or you would like to do another one and compare it to your previous one then Friday is the time to do it!
Skill: Handstand Pushups 5-5-5-3-3 We will be modifying the skills session for you if needed so come in and have some fun!
wod: 150 wallballs for time. The coaches will be watching for good form and depth of your squats. Make sure you know what the proper depth is!!!
NOTE: If you worked out Mon/Tues/Wed you need to take a day off today. We have had an intense week of work! Recovery is important and your body will respond much better if you take the proper rest days.
