Great scores with Fight Gone Bad yesterday. We saw lots of PR’s! Today we are going to keep it simple with a 1.5 mile run. The only catch is, every minute on the minute, you have to drop and do some burpees. 5 is RX, 2 is modified.
Skill: Pull-ups (strict, kipping, butterfly, rings)
Strength: Find DL 5RM
WOD: 1.5 Miles of Burpees
