We have a great workout for you today. First some strength work to get you loose and ready to go and then we are off to the races. We are doing one of the wods from the 2012 Crossfit Games!
Strength:
Push Jerks 7×3 – from the rack
Front squat 3×3 – work on perfect form (completely vertical) so weights should not be heavy
Wod: CrossFit Games 2012 Clean Ladder
1-rep Clean every 30 seconds with progressively heavier barbells
Athletes will be ranked by the weight of their heaviest successful clean. Partial pounds will be awarded for each additional deadlift completed after they attempt and fail the clean.













Our ladder will be using lower weights so don’t let that scare you. We will have bars going from 65 to 275.
