Warm Up: ( 250 M Row, 20 KB swings, 15 squats, 10 pull ups, 5 burpees)x2
Strength: 3×2 strict Press
WOD: 2 clean & jerks On-The-Minute for 15 min
Start the clock- at the top of every minute perform 2 clean & jerks.
Use a max weight and for every rep not completed, perform 5 burpees after the WOD.
