Rest Day!

While Sunday is a rest day for us as trainers and you as CrossFit athletes it is also a day where we can work on our stretching and also planning for our upcoming week. Even as coaches we have to plan the days we work out on and also our eating for the week. Recently we have starting talking with some of you about pre-wod planning and asking you to start estimating your times for each wod and also to start looking at your weaknesses for that particular workout.

CrossFit is a great deal of fun and we are all getting healthy in the process. Just take a look at the comments on Friday the 23rd and you will see some really encouraging comments. The common thread throughout the comments is where to go next. Well, there is where to start planning. Start thinking about your goals and how you are going to get there. Use the goals whiteboard to “announce” your goals and let everyone know where you are headed and what your next set of goals are and put a date with it that you want to complete it by.

Having someone asking you about your goals and how you are doing give you accountability. Plan it, announce it, and achieve it!
