Today is the FGB all of you Paleo heads have been waiting for! The triumphant end to the Paleo challenge is here! Today’s WOD is Fight Gone Bad. Fight Gone Bad is iconic, revolutionary and basically insane! All classes, with the exception of the OnRamp class, will do FGB. Here it is:
3 Rounds of 1 minute each of the following movements:
- Wall balls – 20lbs/14lbs
- Sumo deadlift high-pulls – 75lbs/55lbs
- Box jumps 24″/20″
- Push press – 75lbs/55lbs
- Row – for calories
Pre and Post Paleo pictures will be due into us by Monday August 8th. There will be one female winner and one male winner. The winner is based on over all body improvement and improvement in FGB score. We will announce the winner by Wed. Aug 10th. We will post all participants pics on the website and facebook!
