If you wondering what a Hopper workout is check below and if you want to try it out stop by the gym and have some fun. We’ve had some great wods the last few Saturdays! The mixture of athletes has been great!
The Hopper Deck is a fully operational poker deck that also contains 54 WODs to take on the road with you. We worked directly with CrossFit, Inc. in order to keep The Hopper Deck true to the CrossFit prescription. The deck contains a balanced variety of workouts that you can do in a gym, on the road, or wherever life takes you that doesn’t have easy access to the internet.
The first person to arrive selects the workout and gets the accolades or the blame depends on what they draw!
From 1:00pm – 2:00pm we will be hosting Jen Jones who will be teaching a Paleo Workshop at CrossFit Carmel! If you are interested feel free to attend as there is no cost for the workshop. There will be a lot of information that will help you with the Paleo Challenge that is starting this Sunday January 9th.
Part of the Paleo Challenge is having a Fight Gone Bad baseline workout to start the challenge. We will be available from 2:00pm – 4:00pm on Saturday and 3:00pm – 5:00pm on Sunday to help you get your baseline in if you need to get one done. The workouts will begin at the top of the hour and if needed we will run the workout in heats.
This is going to be FUN! I hope to see you all at the Paleo Workshop!
