If you are wondering what a Hopper workout is check below and if you want to try it out stop by the gym and have some fun. We’ve had some great wods the last few Saturdays! The mixture of athletes has been great!
The Hopper Deck is a fully operational poker deck that also contains 54 WODs to take on the road with you. We worked directly with CrossFit, Inc. in order to keep The Hopper Deck true to the CrossFit prescription. The deck contains a balanced variety of workouts that you can do in a gym, on the road, or wherever life takes you that doesn’t have easy access to the internet.
The first person to arrive selects the workout and gets the accolades or the blame depends on what they draw!









9am class picked 100 burpees for time! Nick T finished in 6:10! Whooo Hooo

I am definitely in for the 10k row. We will have to set a time later on a Saturday after all the classes.
There were some hard core CrossFitters today! Tons of burpees, 5k run with 100 kb swings, and for the last Hopper (which Susan picked) was the 400m walking lunge and that was in the rain also!!!
Gottta love this stuff!!!
