100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups

1 mile Run
There is a 50 minute time limit on this workout. If needed you can modify this to a half Murph.

The Hopper Deck is a fully operational poker deck that also contains 54 WODs to take on the road with you. The deck contains a balanced variety of workouts that you can do in a gym, on the road, or wherever life takes you that doesn’t have easy access to the Internet.
The first person to arrive selects the workout and gets the accolades or the blame depending on what they draw!
