WOD: Saturday 30, April 2011

Today we will be completing the final CrossFit Open wod so come early and get yourself ready so we can begin promptly.

8:00am OnRamp
9:00am Hopper 1
10:00am Named Workout

wod: Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below:

3 Barbell Thrusters (65/100)
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
6 Barbell Thrusters (65/100)
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
9 Barbell Thrusters (65/100)
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
12 Barbell Thrusters (65/100)
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
15 Barbell Thrusters (65/100)
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
18 Barbell Thrusters (65/100)
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups
21 Barbell Thrusters (65/100)
21 Chest to bar Pull-ups…
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

If you are wondering what a Hopper workout is check below and if you want to try it out stop by the gym and have some fun. We’ve had some great wods the last few Saturdays! The mixture of athletes has been great!

The Hopper Deck is a fully operational poker deck that also contains 54 WODs to take on the road with you.  The deck contains a balanced variety of workouts that you can do in a gym, on the road, or wherever life takes you that doesn’t have easy access to the Internet.

The first person to arrive selects the workout and gets the accolades or the blame depending on what they draw!
