10am WOD:
Team of 2 completes all for time… any order, any rep scheme, anything goes.
- 50 burpees (75 for 3 team members)
- 75 pull-ups (115 for 3 team members)
- 100 wall balls (150 for 3 team members)
- 150 sit-ups (225 for 3 team members)
- 200 double-unders (300 for 3 team members)
- Every 50 reps you complete you run a 200… (so after I do 10 burpees, 10 pull-ups, 10 wall balls and then 20 sit-ups, it would be time to run a 200, after I get back I do 50 more)
