WOD: Saturday 29, September 2012

There are iconic Hero WODs done in CrossFit gyms all over the world, but none bring the thrill of completion like:

9am and 10am Classes will both be doing the same wod.


1 mile Run

100 pull-ups

200 push-ups

300 squats

1 mile Run

Athletes can choose to do full or half Murph!
