If you are wondering what a Hopper workout is check below and if you want to try it out stop by the gym and have some fun. We’ve had some great wods the last few Saturdays! The mixture of athletes has been great!
The Hopper Deck is a fully operational poker deck that also contains 54 WODs to take on the road with you. We worked directly with CrossFit, Inc. in order to keep The Hopper Deck true to the CrossFit prescription. The deck contains a balanced variety of workouts that you can do in a gym, on the road, or wherever life takes you that doesn’t have easy access to the internet.
The first person to arrive selects the workout and gets the accolades or the blame depends on what they draw!
Today is the day for the Great Lakes CrossFit Invitational and we have 10 athletes competing! If you can make it to see some of the workouts then you should stop by! We will post results after the day is over. I am excited and looking forward to a hard but fun day of wods!!!
