Saturdays are always a great day at the gym! All week the WODs are written by the coaches, but on Saturday you choose the workouts for the 9am and 12n classes from the Hopper Deck. The Hopper deck is a functional deck of cards with workouts on them. The first person in for that class gets to pick from the deck, go fish style! So who will be in first this morning?
9am- Hopper
10am- Named WOD ”Tabata Row for Calories”
11am- OnRamp
12N- Hopper
The Tough Mudder is upon us! The bus will be packed and the athletes on their way at the crack of dawn! I am sure that our bystanders will be doing play-by-play Facebook updating as the event unfolds. Best wishes to all the Mudders today!
