We will be having our Open House this Saturday from 10:00am – 5:00pm. Workouts will be starting at the top of every hour and will run about 45 minutes. If you are interested in checking out what CrossFit workouts are then stop by and have some fun! There is no cost to workout except maybe a little sweat!
Note: Make sure and bring some clothes to workout in and a comfortable pair of shoes.
What is a Hopper workout? You take a Hopper Deck and pull a card out and that is the workout. It is an opportunity to do named CrossFit workouts on a weekly basis!!!
