WOD: FGB II
Since so many people were gone this weekend and missed the Fight Gone Bad workout, we are offering everyone another chance. Come in, get warmed up and get ready to rock. If you were here on Saturday, we will have a different wod for you to do.
Paleo Challenge:
If you were able to stay consistent and eat strict Paleo for the last 6 weeks now is the time to consider your plans for re-introducing foods back into your diet. It would be best to pick one type of food, such as cheese or bread and see how you feel. Try to keep everything else Paleo for a few days so you can really get a feel for how that one food affects you. If you don’t feel any differently, then you know you don’t have much sensitivity to that food. This would be much better than going all out with some pizza and breadsticks, after which you’re most likely going to feel awful and you won’t know if it was one part of the meal or just the shock of putting all that junk into your body after a long absence.
I hope that the challenge gave you a new appreciation for food and that you will choose to continue eating real, unprocessed food for all your meals. It’s ok to have the occasional dessert or treat, but know that the more you eat those foods (ie. sugar), the more your body will crave them. All the more reason to stay disciplined and keep food working for you and not against you.
