WOD: Monday 9, May 2011

Today we are going to be working on squats to help us increase our strength and flexibility. Make sure you are warm and work on performing the full range of motion.

Strength: Squats
3×5 warm up sets
3×5 working sets 80% or 1RM

wod: tabatas
First tabata is push-ups
rest 2 minutes
Second tabata is mountain climbers (1 point for each leg)
