Fight Gone Bad was great on Saturday! We even got to attend a strong man contest at Hooters! And you KNOW how good their wings are!

Warm up: x2
10 pull-ups
10 sit-ups
10 push-ups

Core: 2 minute max reps sit-ups rest 2 minutes
then 2 minutes of plank

Wod: Run and Jump!
400m run
80 double unders
800m run
60 double unders
1200m run
40 double unders
