WARM UP: 200m Row, 15 Sit Ups, 10 Jumping Squats, 5 T2B)
SKILL: Bridge (20” on 40” off) X 5
Beginner: Hip Bridge (hold in the up position)
Intermediate: Basic Bridge Hold
Advanced: Bridge Rock
Psycho: Advanced Bridge Rock
WOD: On-The-Minute KB Swings 70/50#
Note: 1 on minute 1, 2 on minute 2, etc. until the athlete is unable to perform the allotted reps within that minute. If for example I only get 10 on minute 11, then my score is 10.
