The weather is getting nicer so you will continue to see us going outside for some runs and today is one of those days! Coach Nick is writing for you this week so you should expect to see some fun workouts with cardio built in.
On another note we will be hosting some runs and triathlon workshops at the gym over the next few months. So if you haven’t already signed up for a triathlon this summer or are unsure if you can/want to do one then you are in luck. Lisa Picek of Team Go triathlon has joined our CrossFit family and will be providing clinics and information over the next couple of weeks/months to help you decide if triathlons are a fit for you and to help with any training needs you may have.
wod: 3 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
15 squat snatch 45/75
9 handstand push-ups
