We are back to a normal schedule today after the CrossFit Total Meet this weekend. Thanks for your patience as we had to cancel some class times to accommodate the activities!
Strength: Push Press 3RM – you will work up to the weight you will make your attempts at. When you are ready to make your attempt make sure there is a coach there to verify your lifts.
