Our skill work for today is squats. Today we will be working on bar position and the position of your knees at the bottom of the squat. Keep the weights light enough where you can do sets of 5 and still be able to take coaching instructions on your form.
Squats 3×5 work sets after 3 warm up sets
wod: 20-15-10-5 reps for time:
1/1.5 pood for all reps
Kettlebell Swings
Kettlebell Cleans (1/2 each side)
Kettlebell Presses (1/2 each side)
