We are open today! We will be having 3 workouts!
The bootcamp class with be running and for the regular workouts we will be doing Hopper workouts. If you don’t know what a Hopper workout is then check out the Saturday workouts.
Bootcamp Level 2 will be at 6:30am
Hopper 1 will be at 9:00am
Hopper 2 will be at 10:00am
After the 10:00am workout we will be closed so we can have some family time! Enjoy your day off and spend it relaxing!!!
