Linn and Scott. U guys r doing this one with me. This looks brutal.
I guess from what I am reading 30-40 minutes is a pretty good time…! This is going to be a difficult wod.
Oh yeah the RX for KB is 2 pood….
Turns out the 70lb was a lot harder to use than I expected… Got a blister on my right hand. The only way I could hold the weight with all the sweat was to chalk up…hence the blister.
so, what were the best times for hansen?
lin, where did you get a 70lb KB?
were most guys using the 44lb?
36:12 with 50lb kb for me. Best time that I saw RX was Kyle’s at 30:05.
