The Open Project Athletes had their first competition yesterday! Great group of athletes doing great things up in CFC! This weeks WODs are killer awesome, it’s a great day to be great!!!

Great job yesterday! I have taken some pictures and posted them on Facebook. Friend me and you’ll be able to see them. I tried to get everyone but a lot of the pictures came out blurry. It’s a good thing Christina was there with her camera.
I am going to do it if it kills me! Damn those kipping pull-ups! They are holding me back, but I WILL master them!
