Killer workout tonight. UUUGGGGGHHHHH. So worth the pain!
WOW! I feel strong after that intense workout! The rowers really added a lot to that WOD!!!!!!!!
I am SO sore today. All from those crazy dead lifts. New goal for me–not to be such a wimp with those stupid wall balls!
