Skill: Front Squat – the skill work will be with light weights today since we will be using squat cleans in the wod. Make sure and work on positioning of the bar on your shoulders during you squats!

Team Lunch – nice job today! I think we all underestimated this one. Huge improvements on form while still posting solid times by Sam, Jen and Christina and an impressive Rx time by Matt. Great work, today was fun.

10:17 – I was unsure about the 135lbs, but survived. Will be trying the morning class tomorrow to do the endurance wod properly. I’m not a morning person.
Excellent job everyone! I could see everyone’s form improving and the times were very good. I was glad to see everyone used a weight that allowed them to use good form!!!
Hard to not want to do more weight, but sure glad I used less weight as that was plenty. Great WOD!

9:19- on Monday’s WOD- a great lunch time activity. Hope everyone is doing well. We are 1-2 on the season right now. Lost on Saturday 25-22 to the defending league champion- we had the game but we let it slip away. Won a 6 OT game the week before and lost a close game in week 1 to a top 15 in the country NAIA team.
