Paleo question: What does everyone eat when they have a stomach bug or an upset tummy? Saltines are my old stand-by but are not Paleo.
Stomach bug = chicken broth!
When I was in grade school, I was the ONLY kid in gym class who could not do a forward roll. Tonight could be a significant personal triumph.
Well, tonight felt like fourth grade all over again. Will keep working at it.

Colleen – Simple Perrier or club soda will do the trick, and it will keep you hydrated without as much sodium, which is key!
