wow… the likeness is uncanny!
That wod Billy throughout there was amazingly hard…however, it wasn’t about speed at all. Billy was trying to get me and the others to focus on power bursts, which translates in better cleans and snatches. I really had to think about exploding to make it up each time, it was no half ass attempt, full arm swing and extension were a must or I was going to face plant.
