Well we had a fantastic weekend as we repeated the CrossFit Games Open workout at the 10:00am workout. We had more participants and it looked as if everyone had gotten better at double unders…even your coaches…:-) I look forward to the new week as we introduce Coach Caitlin to you! Have fun today!
Skill: L-sits and planks
2 minutes of L-sits (advanced athletes should use rings for your L-sits)
2 sets of 2 minutes of planks
wod: Tabatas – your score will be total reps completed
Squats and situps
You will perform 20 seconds squats then 10 seconds of rest then 20 seconds of sit-ups and so on till finished.

What is the time limit for the tabatas?
There is no time limit. A tabatas are 4 minutes and if you combine both they are 8 minutes of work.
4 minutes of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.

Any way we could do two more exercises in the tabata to make it a 16 minute tabata? I need to be increasing my capacity.
You can add what you want onto the wod. If you are looking to add capacity you can add a row or run at the end. A light Hellen would be a good addition.
I thought tabatas were usually 4 exercises?
