Wod: Three rounds for time of:
95/65 pound Ground to overhead, 10 reps
200 yard Shuttle sprint (50 yards there and back twice)
For Ground to OH, you can choose how you get the weight from the ground to locked out overhead (snatch, clean & jerk, etc), just make sure your form looks good doing it.
