Skill: Squat Cleans – we will be working on squat cleans today. Your coaches will be helping you with your form and we will be specifically working on your setup and squat depth. Start with light weights and work up to the weight you will use in the wod.
wod: 20 minute AMRAP Squat cleans. (RX – 95/135) (Adv 115/155)
You will perform 3 squats cleans per minute for 20 minutes. If you complete the 20 minutes of work you will have performed 60 squat cleans.

I’m out for the week. Tried to give it a go today, but I’m in a lot of pain. Neck and shoulder problems. Bah Humbug. Hopefully I will be back next week
