Strength:
Back Squats 5×2 (progressive weights)
Bench Press 3×8 @ 75% of your 1RM

WOD: 7 minute AMRAP
200m 1 arm Farmers Walk 50/35 (switch hands during the FW)
10 Goblet Squats 50/35
15 box jump overs 24/20
