wod: Push Press 10 for 10
You will start out with 1 push press for the first minute, 2 push presses for the second minute, 3 push presses for the third minute and you will work you way up to 10 push presses for the tenth minute.
Rest for 5:00, then “bonus” met-con:
15-12-9
Pull Ups
Ring Dips
Knees to Elbows
All Classes: cool down with 1:00 minute of L-Sit + 1:00 minute of Plank Hold

GREAT JOB TONIGHT! EVERYBODY!!!
this was a killer combo and I’m proud of everyone for making it through.
The 5:30 crew killed the Push Press wod – Kyle started heavy and hung tough; Nick stayed amazingly consistent only dropping 10# from round 1-10; Luke went all out, using full minute to keep weight up and Chris actually went up in weight for middle 6 rounds. The bonus metcon they did was brutal (I did both wods myself after and felt the pain), y’all did great to gut it out!
We had a full group at 6:30 and they also did great to stay consistent with the weight for all 10 rounds. Props go to Leigh for doing great in her 1st wod at CFC and whit for cruisin through the bonus wod.

Let me say that the 8:30pm bootcamp was also a killer combo! Ladies you all rocked that workout. And let it be known that CrossFit Carmel BootCamp is not soft or easy, it is kick your @$$!!!!!
I agree!!! How often do you get to do a farmers walk for 400m three times in a wod. It was outstanding!!!
Well its flattering to be featured for having great form! However, its unfortunate that I am biting my lip, thus making it appear that I have a ridiculously large chin!!lol Oh well I’ll take it
