Strength:
Back Squat – Find 1RM
Bench Press – 5×3

WOD: 7 min AMRAP of Wod #1 or Wod #2
Wod #1 – 3MU/3 Wall Walks/3 Rope climbs
Wod #2 – 6 C2B/9 HRPU/12 Box Jumps 30/24

Note: If you select Wod #1 you must be able to do it as prescribed.
