400m run
30 box jumps (20/24)
30 wallballs (14/20)
strength work: squats
3×5 warm-up sets – warm up with 1 set of 10 with just the bar and then move on to increasing your weights.
3×5 working sets – your working sets should be 70-80% of your 1RM. Whatever weight you use you must be able to perform it with good form.

if we do the buy in on Kelly tonight will the remaining three rounds be on Tuesaday?
What does buy in mean? Sorry I don’t know all the lingo!
Also if I can’t get there right at 6:30 but can get there by 6:45 can I still do the workout?

Rick: no we won’t be doing the other 3 rounds of kelly on Tues.
Shannon: Buy in just means, if you are going to do the WOD they you are buying all “in” to whatever comes before it, in this case it’s 2 rounds of Kelly.
So we are doing 2 rounds of Kelly plus the strength work and something else? I guess what I am asking is today any different than any other day? We are doing the WOD which is Kelly and then strength work? I am in if I can get there a few minutes late, maybe go 2nd or 3rd heat?
today is the 2 rounds of Kelly and then the back squat work. Yes you can jump in when you get there. See you tonight!
