The Hopper workout Saturday was excellent! Not many people got to participate and record a benchmark time for Kelly so we are doing a replay today. Make sure and record your time today!!!
In case you didn’t know CrossFit Carmel sponsored and coached a girl’s lacrosse team this year! In keeping with our desire for fitness to be an all inclusive pursuit and the desire to help our community we decided to take on this challenge. This Sunday was our last two games and the girl’s played great even in the blistering heat. I was proud of them and their efforts!!! So….congratulations girls….you were AWESOME!!!

Kudos to the evening BootCamp for completing this wicked WOD! That was a killer!
They did great! It was amazing to see everyone working so hard for so long. Now we just need to repeat it to see our progress…:-)
