Strength:
1a. Front Squat – find your 3RM for today and then perform 3 sets of 3 @ 80% of your 3RM
1b. 3 ladders of strict pull-ups. (a ladder is 1-2-3 then you start again with 1-2-3 and so on)

Wod: 7 minute AMRAP
3 MU (mod is wall walks)
7 T2B
11 Goblet squats (50/35)
