We will be placing our strength training on hold for this week and we will be starting back up on November 29th. So if you are away with family this week you will not miss any of the workouts.
Warm-up with the rower for 500m and work on your pull-ups for a few minutes to get your shoulders loose.
wod: “Chelsea”
Every minute, on the minute, perform 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats.
Can you continue for 30 minutes? Twenty? Ten? If not, continue for 30 minutes and see how many rounds you can complete!

This one is a good deal of fun. It is one of the few workouts that still gives you a chance after you can no longer meet the required amount of reps in a minute.
