This was a fun weekend at CrossFit Carmel! On Saturday morning the 10:00am workout was the first weeks CrossFit Open workout. The workout was a 10 minute AMRAP of 30 double unders and 15 Ground to overhead lifts. The workout was a ton of fun and the energy was great!
Secondly we hosted the triathlon basics primer that was put on by TeamGo Triathlon. There was a lot of great information and some pretty decent goodies handed out.
All in all it was a great weekend of CrossFit wods combined with a great triathlon primer for new triathletes.
