Strength: Max effort KB Swings 2/1.5 pood

WOD: 5 rounds for total reps of:

15 seconds Thrusters 135/95#
45 seconds rest
15 seconds Strict Pull-ups
45 seconds rest
15 seconds Burpees
45 seconds rest

Bench 3×5
Assistance work: 50 total chins/HRPU (chins are dead hang)
