There was a lot of fun to be had over the weekend with the CrossFit Open Project competition and the Crown Point CrossFit competition. There are plenty of stories to go around!
Warm up: 2 rounds of 10 air squats and 10 kettlebell halos followed by the Bergener Warm-up
Cleans 7×2 (2 reps x 7 sets, weights are the same for all 7 sets)
Squats 3×5 (5 reps x 3 sets, weights are the same for all 3 sets)
Med-ball sit-up throws 3×12
