Jake – way to lead the 6:30 crew home in 12:10. the ladies (whit, chelsea and ellen) weren’t far behind. we’ll be working more squats on wednesday, so keep those legs loose.
It was a good time to shoot for on the board!!! Made me run even harder!
I did this in 14:18, substituting the row machine for ring rows and doing my tiny box jumps and girlie push ups.
I don’t think I have ever come across a tiny box jump…:-)
