Great weather and great work this weekend! Today we have a 1RM on the back squat so dust off you old 1RM PR and give it a shot!

Strength: 1RM back squat (15 minutes – 3 tries after you warm up. No more.)

WOD: 4 rounds
400m run
50 air squats
